あぁ、Mac用のTextExpanderが使えなくなった。なぜなのか

いきなり使えなくなったよ。

Chromeをインストールした後からかな？

やっぱりそうみたい

ちょくちょくしらべていたらこんな記事を発見。

パスワードフィールドで入力した後、Return キーを押してデータを送信すると、FireFoxのセキュリティイベントインプットがONのままで、TextExpander がキーボードイベントを取得できない、ということらしい。Chrome でも同じバグがあるそうだ。

どうやらChromeをで何かしらがあるんじゃないかという事にしぼって調査を再開。

Google Chrome

Chrome sometimes fails to turn Secure Input back off after typing in a password field, particularly if the cursor is still in a password field when the password is submitted. If you find a specific sequence of events that causes this problem, please let us know, and let the Google Chrome team know so they can reevaluate this behavior. A quit and restart of Chrome will restore TextExpander.

そしたらTextExpander公式サイトの掲示板的なものにこれを発見。バッティングするそうな？

とりあえずChromeを一旦シャットダウンして、TextExpanderを使ってみる。お、動きました。

動いた後でChromeを起動しても、TextExpanderもう動かなくなる事は無くなりました。

なんかルビサファがリメイクされるそうですね。何となく気になる。
